It’s a service of rental and sale of apartments and houses at Playa Del Carmen in Mexico at the Caribbean seaside.
The project consisted of development of a large and structurally user-friendly website with real estate search and inventory, rental and sale ad board. Every object on the website had its own page with detailed description, photos, prices, location, terms, phone numbers, and feedback form. There was also the ability to add apartments or houses to the website. Furthermore, it was required to make the website multilingual so 3 languages were added to it: English, Russian, Spanish. And every page and ad with an object had to be translated to all the 3 languages and currencies. The design itself was done in marine hues. Before starting the work we communicated with the client to learn all the details needed, and to get all the materials to compile technical requirements.
The materials for the website development included original photos of every apartment, house and other objects with their descriptions in 3 languages with our edits. The client asked us to make a website logo too. The main goal of the website is to attract customers from other countries, from USA and Europe in the first place, to buy or rent real estate in Mexico. A lot of time and different professional were required to build the website. But the end result is excellent. So it was worth it.

7 days were required to develop and launch the website. Adding of the ads manually translated in 3 languages took up most of the time. During the launch the website was advertised on a You Tube channel with a million subscribers.

Additional details on the project
The real estate search module was quite difficult to implement with its full functionality, including its correct display in 3 languages. It’s not integrated from external platforms. So a lot of new coding was done. We, together with the client, decided to promote the website on a You Tube channel with a million subscribers, and also on social media, on Facebook and Instagram in the first place. Overall, the project is not a cheap one. A lot of money was put into it. In the end, the project turned out to be a colorful, modern and functional one.
