Project description

It’s a project for an in-home washing machine and other household appliance service repair in Minsk. The website was made for a small LLC company in Minsk, and was also tailored to contextual ads in Google Search.

What was done? The modern and simple in functionality website with a fancy design and effects was developed. It was made for users, not bots, and for further ad placement in Google. We decided to make the design in blue, green and orange hues. As for its structure and block position, all the main data, such as phone numbers, working hours and additional info, were given briefly. After that the data were given about the company, their pros, what they repair, what models they deal with. The service prices block with feedback buttons were placed further since the users visiting the website are interested in this info in the first place. There were also call-to-actions and phone numbers after every other block (including in a pop-up menu) to give users the ability to send a request or to call. We didn’t forget about FAQ blocks too so that the user could get an answer there, but not on any other website.

To correctly develop the website and advertising, we discussed some info with the client, analyzed the niche and competitors in details. Knowing the info needed, we compiled technical requirements for further work and developing a website with ads. We created all the website content from scratch, including logo. The client fully trusted us with this process.

We created 3 small advertising campaigns for dishwasher, washing machine and fridge repair in Google Search then. Those ad campaigns bring in 3-10 requests per day on average. And they cover the costs on advertising by twofold-fourfold. Sure, it depends on an advertising budget too.

12 days were required to develop and launch the website. In essence, the website became something new in the design field of that niche. It quickly payed off itself with ads.

Additional details on the project

The website was launched in the highly competitive environment where behavioral bots also dwell which do click fraud on contextual ads in search engines. However we had encountered such bots earlier so we knew how to counteract them  to prevent wasting of an advertising budget and mixing up of analytics metrics even before the website launch. The only difficulty was that bots are from the city where the website ads are shown so it’s not possible to get rid of them entirely. Bots are modern ones. They imitate human users and use real browser and device data to mix up search engine and advertising platform algorithms.
